Is Weight Lifting And Running Advisable When Having Hypothyroidism?

Sir i am Gurjeet and 24 years old. Is weight lifting and running is fine during hypothyroid ism? Will this be dangerous to liver? I ma also suffering from indirect bilubrin and my eyes always remain yellow .is there any solution? I wanted to join army and in that i have to go under hard training & exercise .please answer sir
