Is Well Defined Hypoechonic Lesion In Cervical Region Cancerous?

Hello Doctor, my mother-in-law was detected with cervical cancer following which uterus has been removed 2 yrs. back. Now she is suffering from severe constipation, vomiting sensation, heavy pain in abdomen, occasional pus while urination. We have several reports done. Sonography shows welldefined hypoechonic lesion in cervical region. measuring 23mmx24mmx39mm. Does she in attack of cancer virus again? Anything to panic? Plz reply soon

Hello.Its important in this case to have the biopsy of lesion and abdomen and thorax ct scaner for more information
