hi my name is somik. Age 28 height 5.8 weight 72 kgs, am epileptic for about 15 yrs. taking valparin chrono 500 bd. I have joined a halth club. their my trainer has advised to take whey protein. Is whey protein safe for me. I am a non veg i regularly take chicken, egg white and beef for protein.
