Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1 ) First of all do not panic.
Please develop positive thinking.
2 ) I usually suggest to have small, frequent meals, every 3 to 4 hours.
Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for commonly used anti emetics and antacid used during
pregnancy. Commonly combination pill containing
Doxylamine and
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B 6 ) taken 30 minutes before the meals will be of help. Use of Ondencetron can be reserved if vomiting doesn't respond to routine treatment.
Of course your treating doctor will help you about the treatment.
3 ) Please get USG done, laboratory work up including hemogram and urine routine examination and blood urea and
creatinine levels will be helpful.
4 ) Please do not worry. Have small , dry feeds . Keep cool, meditate regularly, and think positive.
If needed seek your treating doctor's advice on use of micronized natural
progesterone, to help support the pregnancy.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
