My son have blood tests done, and it came back that his white blood cell count was high. The Dr. said 3 is normal, his was at a 5. he is 46 yrs. old, has a thyroid condition, on medication daily for that. Suffers from depression /anxiety, and has a demanding physical job. Should we be worried re his white blood cell count?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, in absence of infection or clinical symptom it is nothing to worry, second you have not mentioned how much is the while blood cell counted, 3 and 5 are not the right figure, but it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
