Is White Discharge, Breast Pain, No Usual Abdominal Cramps, Missed Periods Normal?

LMP-Feb 28thUsual cycle length : 29 to 34 days with lower abdominal cramps an breast pain.No Lower abdominal cramps but have breast pain till now and have a white clear discharge and missed my period this month...Took a HPT on April 3rd- negative
Should i wait for one more week and take a test again .. Or is there any probs with my cycle???
