Is White Dots On Scrotum Concerning?

I'm a teenage boy, I have White/cream dots on my scrotum. Is this a concern? I pulled a pubic hair from my scrotum, it didn't hurt but it did bleed - only a little. Now a few veins seem to be more noticeable and the area is a red colour. It doesn't look as bad as it sounds, but I am worried.

Hello,

If the white or cream dots came after your pulling of the hair from your scrotum, then those should be due to irritation or inflammation. In any case, you should consult a doctor if the symptoms persists.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand, Psychologist
