Is White Mucus Vaginal Discharge Normal While On Depo Provera?

Hi I started dep prevera and because of side effects never got a second shot. I m only about 3 weeks from when I should ve gotten my second injections and earlier today felt my panties become wet. I thought it must be my period but when I went to check there was a white mucous discharge, much like during pregnancy. Should I be concerned with this, is it normal or should I be checked out? I haven t quite having sex with my husband but was told depo stops fertility for up to 18 months after getting off.

White mucous discharge may be a yeast infection and although it is not something serious I would recommend that you should get it treated.
You can use over the counter vaginal creams like monistat vaginal cream to have this treated. If it persists you should be seen to rule out other possibilities.
But it sounds like nothing serious.
