Is White Skin Bumps When Suffering From Systemic Lupus, normal?

Hi, Dr. Grief!I have systemic lupus and am having skin issues. I have small white bumps, almost like a whitehead on my body and face. they are not in the pores. If scratched they make a what almost looks like an ulceration with a white circle around it. Any thoughts?

Hello,

Thank You for consulting HealthcareMagic!

It is possible that it can be due to SLE itself or it may also be
due to side effects of medications you might be using for SLE.
However, a Physical examination is mandatory to assess
this since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out.

Stay healthy and thank you for consulting! You can contact me again anytime, if you need clarifications or further assistance in future. Kindly rate the answer if you are satisfied.
