Thanks for your query.
You had severe pain in penis when you reached orgasm while you were masturbating and had intense urge to pass urine.

This is likely to be due to the fact that your semen may be too thick or clotted and it was not delivered out of urethra during ejaculation giving rise to pain in penis and urge to pass urine due to congestion of urethra.

Please get your semen analysis done to rule out infection and to confirm the diagnosis.
