Is White Spot All Over Body A Vitiligo Symptoms?

hi. i've had white spots in my body for a time now. i first noticed it on my wrist sometime in 2007 then near my armpit in 2009 but they were very small though. later on, i saw some on my thighs....when i got pregnant, those on my thighs scattered and some started to grow on my legs. last night, i noticed i had them on my chest already. i'm getting scared but can't imagine this is vitiligo because of how they look. they are not pinkish and scattering is not that quick. one doctor who saw the one on my wrist in 2006 said, , it might be vitiligo but when i asked for 2nd opinion, the next doctor said it's not because it didn't grow big. i'm just wondering why it's scattering now. please advise.
