As removal of wisdom tooth surgery including trauma like bone cutting and soft tissue injury , so is lot of bleeding take place during the surgery . Alcohol usually when taken before surgery can act bad . Because alcohol has its effects on liver which produce protein which are very important in blood clotting . So consumption of alcohol can lead to excessive bleeding , which further complicate the surgical procedure . Apart from that alcohol consumption before surgery can decrease the effect of anesthesia . so more anesthesia has to be administered which sometimes not good for body .
