Is Wobbly/unsteady Leg Sickness Related With Painful Hip And Legs?

I am having a lot of pain in my hips and legs and I have noticed in the last 2 days my legs are wobbly and I feel like I don't have complete control of them while walking.. the pain runs down one leg and my shin throbs non stop. I have also been feeling sick to my stomach. Could this be wobbly leg sickness? thanks
