I tore my ACL and some Meniscus damage, but i used to workout everyday before this. I dont consider myself a bodybuilder but i was wondering if i can still lift heavy on my biceps, traps, shoulders, and chest with my ACL being torn? i can walk with a limp. My knee only bothers me at certain points
