Is Yawning, Burping And Unable To Eat Symptoms Of Anxiety?

I have had for close to a week frequent internal burping, frequent yawning (sometimes they aren't completed as those I can't get enough air), a feeling like something is lodged at the base of my throat and often feel like I can't eat anything. I'm pretty sure these are all anxiety induced,no?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. To answer your query - Not necessarily. These symptoms points more towards laziness than anxiety. But there is a possibility. If you have some fear about some dreaded diseases inside your stomach, then burping may seem as a symptom. Then it can be said as anxiety disorder. For me, these symptoms seems as if you have some gastric derangement. Consult a general physician for further advice. Ironically, why are doubting you have these anxiety symptoms? Knowledge is good, but it should not trouble you.

Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
