my sister is pregnant 1st trimister she has cough, body pains i am worrying about cough is it common symptom during pregnancy and what care she has to take and doctor prescribed zincovit and folic acid is it necessary to take zincovit please tell me

Thank you for query.There is no problem in taking zincovit and folic acid .folic acid is essential for fetal development.Zincovit has vitamins and zinc so no problem you can allay fear .
