Is Zoryl-1 And Melmet-500 Sr Safe Medicine For Diabetes?

I am taking Zoryl-1 before breakfast and Melmet-500 SR after dinner for the last ten days.Now my sugar level remains 120 fasting and 230 after 2hrs. after lunch.Kindly advise me

They are safe medicines . ( Though any medicines for diabetes comes with the risk of causing low sugar ). But seeing your sugars I don't think its enough .

I advise you to to take 1 tablet of Melmet 500 Sr even in morning after breakfast .
