It Has Been Two Weeks Since Ce I Had A

It has been two weeks since ce I had a tubiligation done. I have a thick vaginal discharge. So I figured a yeast infection from all the meds. Therefore I self treated with 1dy over-the-counter meds. Now we are back to having sex and it was still a discharge. There was itching until after the treatment, no odors at anytime but the discharge is still there. Is there anything to be concerned for or is it a hormone imbalance?
