It Started To Hurt When I Pee Yesterday And I'm

It started to hurt when I pee yesterday and I'm not sure what it is. I don't know if it is too early to do something or not. I've only been with two girls in the past 4 months and they both tell me they haven't been with anyone else (I know... I'm getting tested anyway) but it seems to be almost like something is blocking my urine at the end of my penis when I pee. I thought maybe it could be a UTI although I've never had one before so idk. What do you think?
