Hello. You need to apply a corticosteroid cream more potent for example Clobetasol 0,05% twice a day and take a antihistamine more potent for example Dexchlorpheniramine 2mgr or Hydroxyzine 25 mgr, both thrice a day. With these drugs given by a doctor, red flare and itch will improve Also your dermatologist must to rule out other skin diseases such as psoriasis or request additional tests. I wish you good health.
