Itch Inside Nostril And On Crease. Suggestion?

i have a chronic itch inside my left nostril and outside where the crease is as well! it's so itchy if i could take a knife and swish it around and make it bleed instead of itch i would! what do you suggest? this has been going on for a couple yers and no one seems to be able to help me to stop scractching! dont really have the money right now to get an answer!

Thank you for consulting HCM.The problem you have mentioned may be because of 2 causes mainly allergy due to viral infection and the second one may be the natural allergies due to household items.Try to take anti histaminic drugs and avaoid the things or irritatnts which increase itching.Thank you.
