Itching Around The Penis And Scrotum, White Marks. Fungal Infection?
doctor, for some years I am having heavy itching especially in evening around my penis root side and around the scrotum, no marks or nothing is seen in scrotum, but there is white marks(only like mole marks and no scaling) at the penis root side, itching is severe when undergarment is used. Some years before i have fungal infection in between tights and scrotum, at that i used daktarin gel. what should i do, is HHZole good for this, please prescribe some medicine?

As per your query,it looks like fungal infection,Tinea cruris.
The previous infection has recurred.
You have to use antifungal cream like Micanozole.
Apart from this,you should take anti fungal tablets.
Your under garments have to be washed after keeping them in warm water.
Please consult a Dermatologist and proceed.
