Itching, Fatigue, Growing Bulge In Right Side, Vomiting Sensation. Not On Medication. Diagnosed Diabetes, Neuropathy, Hep C Etc. Solution?

I have been diagnosed with diabetes,neropothy,hep C, herniated discs L4 & L 5, and I have 2 stents .....I have not taken any meds now for almost a yr ..however, I am very nervous, itching all over, very tired. I have a growing bulge on my right side, going from far right side to belly button...and I feel sick alot and feel like I want to vomit up bowel.....what could I do to relieve these symptoms?

You're a diabetic not on treatment since 1 year.
You have co morbid illness like Nephropathy, Hepatitis C and Coronary heart disease.
These may be symptoms of hyperglycemia and hypertension.
These may be complications of Hepatitis C.
You need medical attention.
Consult your doctor for help.
