Itching In Arms, Legs, Back, Groin Area. Dermatologist Diagnose As Bacteria. Suggestions?

Hi, I have a skin problem I itch when out side and indoors . I have break outs mostly on arms but also on legs , back, and most recently in growin area. I have been to 4 Dermotaligst (excuse my spelling) aall say nothing is wrong and some a Bactiria . I also have been shaking of hands and arms. There is much more but lets start here! ok? Caroline

If it is very itchy than it might be scabies also. Anyone else around u also having it.
