Itching In Penis And Scrotum, Tightness In Foreskin. Is It Fungus?
Hi, im white, but for as long as i can remember my uderside of my penis and scrotum, is alittle brownish, it has gotten worse this year as its itching very much on the penis and around it and on the scrotum. I also got tight foreskin which is another story, but I think it might be some fungus or something. I'm 17 years old and very shy so I don't really dare to go to a doctor here.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection on the part.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Take oral anti-fungal tablet like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Keep local part clean, dry and airy.
As you are having tight foreskin so might be having phymosis.
Consult surgeon and take advice.
Ok and take care.
