Itching On Buttocks. Prescribed Tenovate-M Cream, Recurring Condition On Stopping. Permanent Cure?
hello doctor, i am 30 years old female. i have severe itching at the back of my sitting place. this was for more than three years, i was prescribed to apply tenovate-M cream. i was using it for more than three years. if i stop using it, again my itching starts, i need permanent relief. also i feel shy to consult a doctor. please prescribe me the right medication for my problem

It seems that you might be having fungal infection on the part.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
No steroid containing cream.
Take oral anti-fungal tablet like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Avoid synthetic inner wears.
Keep local part dry and airy.
