Itching On The Chest. Reason?
When I take a shower in the morning I get a terrible itch on my upper chest[above the nipples]. I reside in Rochester, NY and the water supply is Lake Ontario. When I was in Florida for 2 months this did not occur. The itch is almost needle like in feeling and lasts for about 15 minutes after drying off. It seems to start up this time of year and lasts until fall. Any suggestions?

Hi,
Itching you have could be due to dryness in the skin,
Apply petroleum jelly to get rid of the itching. You can also take a dose of Benadryl if itching is severe.
