Itching On Upper Arms And Shoulders, Ceases In Sun, Happened For 3 Years, Reactive To Mosquito Bites. Any Ideas?

I have itching on upper arms and shoulders.

Whilst on holiday in the sun the itching ceases, shortly after returning it starts again. this pattern has happened last 3-4 years.
I have tiny red spots on my chest that a Dr told me were significant years ago.
I am in good health with no other problems.
I react strongly to mosquito bites.

Hi, there must the allergen like dust, cosmetics, or flowers in the garden etc. When you go away from the allergens, you are getting relief. Try to find the allergen causing the itching by avoiding one by one and avoid that completely.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe montelecast and levocitrizine for a month so that you may become resistant to the allergen.
Thank you.
