Itching, Pimple Like Bumps On Penis And Testicles. Treatment?

hey doctor,i am suffering from itching and have got some pimple-like Bumps on Penis and
Testicles .they are not exactly pimples ,i have got this from last four,five days,at that time they were two on the skin of penis at the head side,but from last two days i have seen that they are on testis also..wat are these,i m bit afraid,please help me doctor.there is itching on them at most ofthe time
please suggedt some good advice and the method to get rid of them..

Hi,
It seems that you might have fungal infection on penis and scrotum.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Take antihistamine like cetrizine for itching.
you may take anti-fungal tablet like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Keep local part clean, well shaved and airy.
Ok and take care.
