Itching Sensation And Pimples On Penis Leads To Urge For Masturbation. How Can I Get It Under Control?

Hi i am having this itching senstation on my penis for the past one week.I have been masturbating almost twice a day for almost 6 months and that itching sensation gives me an urge to masturbate.Please help since i cant go to any doctor because my parents wil kill me if they knew i masturbate this much,i cant control myself.Please tell me how to control and i think due to these prolonged masturbation i developed that itchy sensation and some sort of pimples or sumthing on ma penis.please help me out soon.....!!!!
