Itchy Blisters On Feet, With Fluid Discharge. How Do I Treat This?

Hey doc. I ve been having this thing with my feet . It starts off near the end of the day, and manifests as medium sized ferociously itchy blisters, that crack and leak something like lymph out of them. This has been happening for about a month, and I ve been keping the areas as clean as possible, and lightly bandaged, but its not helping. This is not athletes foot ...I know what that looks like.
