Itchy Body With Bumps. Is It An Allergic Reaction? Will They Disappear?

HI Doc, This is the second day not sure why but late afternoon I start to get itchy yesterday only started when I came home had a shower then lay down but today started at work when we finished.. Get these lump looking bumps scattered or in big areas on my back, shoulders, back of legs and feet, but tonight my hands started to itch as well? Is it an allergy reaction to something at work (I work in construction) or is it bed bugs?? Please help its 3:43 am I have work in 2 hours. Forgot to mention during the day from morning when I wake up and get ready the bumps are down and they disappear alng with the itch

According to me It is allergic reaction.

Take some antihistamine tablet.

Apply calamine lotion.

You will get instant relief.
