Itchy Bumps On Legs, Back, Circular In Texture And Hard At Centre. Cure?
I have hard itchy bumps on various locations (back of knee, legs, back). When touched, the bumps itch uncontrollably. The bump has a white circular center that is hard in texture. I have had the bumps for about 2 weeks. They started to appear after outdoor activities (hiking, running, biking, kayaking). Any suggestions?

hi... this could be a problem of fungal infection... tinea corporis.. fungus grows in warm and miost areas... see your dermatalogist for the antifungal medications both tablets and ointment... after the treatment use some antifungal dusting powder to prevent it. take multivitamins also... all the best.
