Itchy, Dark Blotch Under Breast, Is Spreading Sideways, Skin In The Area Is Shedding, Turns Red On Shower. Cause And Treatment?

I have itchy dark blotches under my breat area spreading side ways and upwards. My skin sheds also in that area and when I shower the areas become red. What is this please and what treatment is there available for this condition. I am really concerned. Its been two years and the blotch seems like its spreading

Hi...dear sherry..,
Thanks for choosig HCM.,
Itchy dark blotches under the breast..,
could be fungal called TINEA CORPORIS..,
It produce black colour due to postpigmented inflammation..,
1) Tab Fluconazole 150 mg weekly once for 6 weeks..,
2) Terbinafine 1% cream on the affected part...TERBICIP..Cipla.,
3) Clotrimazole lotion apply afternoon.,

Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

it seems that you might have fungal infection on your breast.

Apply antifungal cream locally and take antifungal oral tablet like Flucanozole.

Keep that part dry and airy.
