Itchy Dime Sized Red Lump On Face. Always Had Clear Complexion. What Could It Be?

A dime sized red lump appeared on my face over night... The first two days it was playable and itchy, today the 3rd day it is not plyable and dose not itch... It seems to be a little bigger today. Do you have any idea what it could be? I have always had a clear completion so I m a little worried what it could be. Thank you for any input you may be able to provide! YYYY@YYYY

it does seem like an acne...but i would suggest u not infect it more by touching it with your finger nails you might have bigger problems like bigger pimple and later on a big scar..I SUGGEST U NOT DO ANYTHING TO IT... it will go on its own..if its bothering u so much then use topical antibiotics..but some antibiotics come photosensitive so use them in the night...hydrate yourself well consume less oily foods and use more of fruits and fibers in your diet..
