Itchy Feeling Under Arms, Spreading. Undergone Miscarriages. What Could Be This?

I am an almost 23 year old female who has 2 miscarriages since September an durring the first pregnancy I developed a severe itchy feeling under my arms at my rib cage on both sides down to my belly button all across my chest and my inner thighs that hasn't gone away what could it be? I've tried lotions oatmeal baths baby oil baths with no help

well if your itchy feeling has not gone away with drugs it might be some allergen in your day to day activities which is acusing this.
also it might be fungal infection as it is spreading and also itchy.
plz consult a dermatologist as it might need topical and oral steroids .maintain hygeine.byeee.
