Itchy Forearms. Overweight And Diabetic. Low Testosterone Levels And Gynecomastia. Advice?

I have developed very itchy forearms in the last year. I am 60 years old, very overweight and diabetic. I am very tired and sleep a lot of the day. However, I also gave gynocomasteia (even when I was young and slim) and may have a low testerone count (little pubic hair etc). I think there may be several things wrong at once... your opinion please

The pai n in the knee you have is due to the age + diabetese might have produced various conditions resulting in the over weight which adds to the changes in the joint pertaining to age.
you should get a compleate check up to exclude affection of kidneys, heart, eyes etc. &then get a consultation of a Diabetese specialist
Till then you should stck to astrict diabetic dietory regeime
take some pain relevent like Brufen400mgs Thrice aday after food.
Glucosamine &Calcium supplimentation would help.
