Itchy Lips With Dark Patches. Applied Lip Balm. How To Make This Thing Go Away?

hi doctor..my lips started somewhat itchy,few days ago,then i felt that its kinda getting thick,and there is some dark patches appeared on my lower lip ..please help..cause today i can feel a bit of pain whenever i try to wet my lips,and when im applying some lipbalm,is there anything i can do to make this thing go away?

Hello.itchy lips and black patches can be due to xerosis of lips.apply lip balm along with steriod cream helps to decrrase itching use cetrizine in night time
