Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed what is called as Posthatitis.If you have not tested your Blood sugar levels get it tested now to rule out Diabetes as this is common in diabetic individuals.
Take some antibiotic like Doxycycline twice daily for a week. Get prescription of the drug from your family physician.
Observe proper hygiene of genitals.
