Itchy, Painful Small Red Spots Around Bikini Line And Vagina, Burning Sensation, Bits Of Flaky Skin. Any Ideas?

Well... It started about a month ago when I realised that I kept going red between my legs around my vagina and since then I also realised that I had small red spots all around from my bikini line all the way down:/ it becomes really itchy and painful, the spots have nothing in them they are just red, it sometimes feel like they are burning, they itch and also I have bits of flakey skins.. I haven't been to see a doctor because its out of my comfort Zone... Do you have any idea what it is

I understand how difficult it is to talk about affections around the genitals but please, always put your health needs first and not wander around. If there is one thing I tell my patients, they cannot feel any more secured else where than in my office. They are the number one priority. You should always feel safe and comfortable there trusting on their professionalism and code of ethics unless otherwise.

From the description of your symptoms, this is probably a fungal infection of the skin(dermatoycosis). It is treated with topical fungal creams like miconazole, clotrimazole etc. Relief is usually within a week. I will suggest that you meet and get evaluated and possible considered for this condition and treatment by your doctor. Also, pay more attention to your personal hygiene as fungal infections spread more in warm, and humid areas especially skin folds.
