Itchy Penis And Underarm, Had Unprotected Sex. STI?

Hello. I have this itchy feeling inside my penis near the tip which started a day after I had unprotected sex. I also had sore/slightly painful under arms ( lymph nodes I assume) which went away by the end of that day but the itching still persist and though it is not painful as such, its is quite uncomfortable. Is it an S.T.I and what can be the remedy?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have itching over the glans of the Penis after unprotected sex.
This could be due to Ballanitis or irritation of the glans due to vaginal secretion of a woman whom you had a sex with.
Please consult qualified Urologist or Dermatologist for clinical examination.
Get your blood tests done to rule out STD. and take some antibiotics like Augmentin twice daily for a week.
Get prescription of the drug from your family Physician .
