Itchy Raised Red Bump On Scrotum. Applying Cream. What Should Be Done?
I have a itchy rasied red bump on my scrotum. Very itchy I have been using Lotrum with minimal results. I also have the same thing on my lower back and on the side of my butt. Any idea? I use the same topical everyday and not really working. I am really good about showering and drying the spots well before using the cream. No idea just would like to take care of this myself before going to my doctors office which takes forever and really seem to get no where.. Thanks

General & Family Physician, Dr. Ilanchey's Response
if your father or mother is diabetic and you have increased thirst and passing water or weight loss like symptoms go in for blood sugar test as this may be symptom of Diabetes mellitus. Otherwise consult a dermatologist and dont use any topical cream suggested by medical shop personals or friends and by your own idea. This may aggravate your problem without correct diagnosis.
