Itchy Rash Between Anus And Scrotum, Temporary Relief With Sudocream. How Can I Get Rid Of It?
i have got a very sore and slightly itchy rash between my anus and scrotum .. i shower often and am using sudocream at the moment which sooths the itch and soreness but doesnt seem to be getting rid of it. it feels moist to touch which makes me think it could be a sweat related rash ? any ideas on what it is and how i can get rid of it ?

You are most likely suffering from Tinea cruris which is getting worse after sweat secretion.
Presence of itching in groin along with soreness suggests the diagnosis.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist / dermatologist and should go for thorough check up.
You should go for KOH mount preparation of skin scrapings from sctrum and groin area.
You should apply antifungal ointment along with oral preparation of antifungal medicines.
You should wear soft cotton cloths.
Avoid soap application.

From the history you have provided, the diagnosis could be any of the following: fungal infection, intertrigo, contact dermatitis, etc.
Try to fix up an appointment with a dermatologist near you. In the meanwhile, you must follow the following.
1) keep the area dry
2) use an anti fungal powder twice a day
3 avoid wearing tight undergarments
4) use a very mild soap like dove
5) do not clean with any irritants
