Itchy Rash On Chest And Stomach Similar To Poison Ivy, Leg Pain And Back Pain. Should We Worry ?

My grandaughter age 6 had a rash very similar to poisen ivy on her chest and stomach about a 10-15 days ago.. There was some iching and we treated it as poison ivy. Benedryl and calamine lotion.. She has been complaining about her leg aching and today a headache , leg pain and back ache.. The rash has nearly all disapeared and not bothered her for days. Concern of West Nile out break symptoms seem similar .. she has looked pale this week and has been very cranky at times. The leg ache complaints started a couple weeks ago once or twice a week. We assumed they were growing pains. Should we be alarmed and have her checked.
