Itchy Rash On Forearms, Spreading. Remedy?
About 2 1/2 weeks ago a very itchy rash started on both forearms has spread up from wrists to above my elbows. there are some small raised spots like blisters. I have now got some of the rash on the top of my knees. I did see a Dr at a walk in clinic, he felt it was a contact rash as I have been visiting someone in the hospital and had to wear isolation gowns.But this can't be the cause as now it is on my legs.

You seem to have contact dermatitis.
Avoid soaps.
Use a moisteurizer like cetaphil cream.
u can use a steroid like hydirocortisone.
visit a dermatologist.
