Itchy Rash On Thigh After Wasp Sting. Reason?

I recently came back to America from Europe. I got stung on my finger by a wasp while in France, and a week later (when I came back to America) an itchy hives-looking rash appeared on my thighs. It is extremely itchy, and has spread to other places on my body. Is this from the wasp, or from the weather, or what is it exactly? Should I see a doctor?

Hello. It is different lesion on the finger by a wasp sting that rash you have now in the body.Rash in body ,called Urticaria ,is caused by differents factors:drug alergy, food alergy,sweating....
I treat my patients with Ebastine 10 mg twice a day by mouth+ Methylprednisolone 40 mg injected when Urticaria is the diagnosis. Go to your doctor to confirm diagnosis, prescription and, perhaps, if your doctor deems it necessary, to request allergy test.
I wish you good health.
