Itchy Red Bump On The Neck, Shoulders. What Could It Be?

I had a red bump appear on my neck on Monday afternoon... It was itchy but I figured it was a mosquito bite. Then last night Tuesday I woke up because my stomach was itchy and I kept scratching and when I woke up I had one on my stomach. Today Wednesday before going to bed I realize I have two more one on each shoulder . What could it be they are red and itchy look like mosquito bites. But usually my mosquito bites are larger and it s random I thought I could be getting chicken pox but I had them as a child. No one else in the house is having this problem...
