Itchy Red Bumps On Ankles, Behind Knees, Stomach, Shoulders. Causes And Treatment?

My son and daughter went fishing yesterday with their grandparents and both are broken out with itchy, red bumps. My son has them on ankles, behind the knees, on both sides and stomach , shoulders, a few on neck . My daughter s bumps are on her thighs, some on back and shoulders. No fever , or feeling sick, just itchy.

Hi,
It seems that due to sun rays or sea water there might be having allergic reaction giving rise to this problem.
Take shower with plane water.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine or Levo-cetrizine or Benadryl for 1-2 days.
Apply some moisturizing lotion all over body.
Ok and take care.
