Itchy Red Spots On Torso, Arms, Thighs. Treatment?

Hi I m 34 and I just started having these itchy red tiny spots on my torso, left and right hip area, two inside arms ( where inside elbows), armpits, a little bit inside my upper thighs. Now it turned into no small red spots, into just pinkish and itchy. No where else itchy on body. I have no idea what that could be and if amy treatment of overcounter meds or lotion will work?? Please help! Thank you. It started yesterday.

Hello,
What you are having could be hives.
You may take over the counter antihistamines like benadryl and calamine lotion to apply.
