Itchy Scalp, Itchy Ears, Clear Liquid Oozing Our. Tried Antibiotics. What Is Wrong?

I have had a itching scalp for about 6 months tried all the over the counter shampoos and nothing is working I read online that it could be a symptom of menopause but just recently i have started having itching behind my left ear and it is oozing clear liquid tried using antibiotic creams but still oozing and still itching what is going on???
